I heard Darrin is the best when it comes to alignments on any car. I've seen West End Alignment mentioned with the highest of praise in many many many many many different car forums.

In terms of knowing what you want... I think there's only the expectation of basically what you're looking for.
In other words, it's important to know if you like driving reasonably aggressively, or if you're just driving Mrs Daisy. He can fiddle with the settings to help better fit your car to your preferences. You don't necessarily need to know what you want the front toe settings to be.
He was always very patient with me, taking the time to explain whatever he was doing and how that would affect the balance.
