Very nice Chris, I'm impressed! Now, how do you care for such a mod? Just a wash it? What are the risks of the film lifting maybe at the edges and such?

Do it!
My M5 is matte grey metallic right now and people are loving it! It's so bad ass!!
Prolly going matte cherry red or matte dark blue (with gloss white 166 wheels) this fall. I will keep doing new themes it's a lot of fun!

Dude, how does it work with rock chips? I have a few on my front bumper and lip. Does this cause an issue if I decide to have it wrapped or can these be overlooked?

It depends on how bad/deep they are. The wrap is like paint so all the imperfections will show through if they are present. I would recommend that you take a good look at how bad they are.
Many small imperfections you won't notice unless you get really close up but if you are a perfectionist get your paint smooth first before the wrap...
