Nice - early welcome to LA.
Housing is far more expensive than the mid west - I was going to school in the mid west for 5 years prior to moving here. The weather is nice though. Today's High is 79' in LA.

I think I asked you the questions below in another post, but never got a response. Well maybe this time.
A couple of questions:
1. Does it come off easily once applied?
2. If removed, will it peel the paint off with adhesive?
A clear bra applicator told me that if a clear bra was applied over a repainted surface there is a great chance it will lift the paint if removed. Is this product similar to a clear bra film? That adhesive must be pretty strong especially if it has a 10 year warranty?
