Yeah, that will be interesting, if nothing else I can always polish them again in the fall - the was just $10

LMAO, yeah, I felt the same - the deal on that kit ($10) eliminated any excuses, it was time.

I dont see why everbody doesn't do this. It isn't tough to do and the results make the car look a million times better! For an even smoother, longer lasting look you can clear coat them too.My process:

600 Grit Dry
600 Wet
1000 Dry
1000 Wet
2000 Wet
Clear Coat
2000 Wet
Polish

Will look brand new and the finish will last longer than just wetsand/buff. Just did the gf's this weekend:

I finally got tired of temporary fixes like Plast-x from Meguiars. I took advantage of a sale at Harbor Freight, got their cheap $10 kit. I completely removed my headlights, wet sanded, polished, and buffed them. These are the results. Some that have seen my crappy headlights (Toyota2bmw, 525ienjoy, lessee8080, dbae, nerweezy, healthservices) will remember just how bad they were. Stupid me I forgot to take before pics. It took about 2 hrs to do this.
How are they holding up??
