hey all, what's the wattage / voltage on the Angel eyes for a 2004-2007 e60?
I've got an idea, mentioned in the 2008 LCI Angel eye upgrade.
Does anyone think, if the bulb for th 2004-2007 angel eye is changed to HID, do you think it'll be brighter?
I'm willing to experiment and buy a cheap HID kid that's 9-12 volts, and wire it to see if it works with the angel eyes.
Any opinions? Will the light travel into the fiber optic/angel eye? or will it just light up the headlight housing?
Hmm.. I wonder.

I think its 3W? Good luck on the project.
I asked Eurorev to custom my headlights by putting in the same halo rings they use for the e46 m3s, but they said they tried already and failed.
