I was reading a lot about both products and both seems to be very similar. What I like about Vishnu is that they now have V2 (stage 2) which gives you more power (additional 40hp over v1) but I also like Autowerke XEDE Processor. So was wondering what you people think about this product? Perhaps someone has more hand experience with them.

I have 700 miles on my 08 535i and getting ready to install one of this products pretty soon.

There is also JuiceBox you might want to look into. It retails for ~$300.

Never heard about JuiceBox but would be nice to learn more about it..
So far Vishnu V1 is my first choice. I'm not sure if I want to go V2 as I'm afraid of overheating.

You should be more afraid of overboosting.
