My Ride: '05 545i - scheduled for ED pickup in Munich on 7/22!

A few months ago I took Iceman316's inspiration and went a step further. I installed the driver's side of a M5 Eisenmann Race exhaust with round tips and left the straight pipes that I used with the Remus. Some custom work was required but nothing too crazy.
The car sounds like a beast. No one ever tailgates me anymore on the highway, especially when I downshift. In the city, you'll hear me from several blocks away before you see me. I set off car alarms. When I use bluetooth, the callers think I'm playing Gran Turismo. The exhaust sounds deeper with my V8 than on a M5. However, its still raspier than all the exhausts for the regular E60. It is much louder than the Eisenmann Race (and every exhaust) for non-M E60. Could very well be the loudest on here, except for a few modded M5's I know.
Yes, there is resonance
.
The downside is that the exhaust is designed for the high revving V10 that does not produce that much torque. It is so free flowing that I lost a lot of backpressure. The V8 relies on backpressure for its torque, so with that gone, my car is much slower than stock. It seems to be very temperature dependent though. When its hot, the car is much slower and not as loud. When its cold, the car is a bit slower, and very loud. I suppose a CAI would help.
Without further ado -
(the clips are pretty quiet and tame compared to in person)

Nice!!!!!!!!! Love it! ![W00t](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/w00t.gif)
So, two tube resonators replaced with straight pipes. What about the box resonator, is that replaced with straight pipes as well?

no x-pipe either, so even louder and even less torque LOL (but i do hear huge backfires when i let off the throttle, which is cool)
