Decided to try the Turtle Wax Black Box today. Takes a lot of work but the results are pretty badass. My back is killing me now but at least the car is nice and shiny for a few days.

Dude, its been years since I've had a black car. And I guess its like giving birth. Sucks at the moment and then you forget and want another!! My F'n back is killing me right now! haha. Getting too old for this crap and I'm only 31!

Pictures are much better, looks good! I also have a black 550i, and in WA state it's nearly impossible to keep it clean. The silver lining is that it looks great in the rain, and it's always raining here haha

Can only imagine. Down here its dust. As soon as I get to work, the entire car has a layer of dust. And the black paint makes it really obvious. Can't tell you how many people have come up and slid their finger across the paint and say, wow, look at all this dust.

Takes some control not to drop kick them in the head! Haha.

Looking good man!! Waxing your own car is a PITA but the end result will always appreciate your hard work.

Thanks! Makes it that much worse when it gets dirty again! Already two bug splats on the front bumper just on my way to work today! Thank god for detail spray!!
