vibrations in the steering wheel

after getting the 19" wheels put on with 275/30 and 245/35 i have noticed slight vibrations. the car has got spacers. what is the problem?

It sounds like they're (the new tyres) not balanced properly. Can you give the specific speed(s) where you do and don't notice this? Thanks.

fixed now. the rear spacers were not on properly.

I also have 19" and put 15mm spacers at rear. I sensed slight vibration at steering wheel around 100kmph. What could be wrong?
