Hello All,

I just purchased a 2008 space gray 535xi last night! I want to spend the next 3 weeks making some changes to it and then be finished as I know how these forums can eat up your wallet. Below is a list of what I want to do. Can anyone make any suggestions of the best place to go to order these parts are or offer any items you have that you are willing to sell? Any thoughts on what good deals are for this stuff is also welcomed. Vendors - if you want to hook a first timer up I would be happy to send you tons of install pictures... I have found with my past experience on forums such as these as the members are the best resources for great deals. I want to order this stuff tomm.:

1. Mtec kit (front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, all the parts necessary for a factory fit. It doesn't have to be oem as long as the fit is good) Do I also change fog lights and need parts to install? if so is there a place to get an entire package with everything (foam, brackets, instructions for autobody??
2. HID fog lights should I also do something with angel eyes? they already look kinda cool and are really bright.
3. Trunk Finisher
4. ACS spoiler (I heard to stay away from the replicas but I dont want to pay 800 for a spoiler)
5. I like these wheels (Breyton GTS-R Matte Grey) but I know there are certain fitment issues with XI's and that not all wheels will work. Anyone have similar setups with tires they are looking to get rid of? I am not looking to spend a fortune (preferably under 1500 for 19's with tires if possible)
6. LED interior lights everywhere (Can I replace the orange lights too that shine down on center console?
7. I do not have logic 7...without major customizations, can I make my stereo actually sound good? The most disappointing part of this car is the poor stereo.

I am also going to get a full detail, 2 dings pulled and my windows done 35% all around. Any ideas from your experiences would be great...

Thanks for helping me blow my money in advance.

For # 1 - Trinity, PM member Nerweezy they sell both replica kits and OEM kits and they are your best bet, yes you will have to change the foglights but their kit comes with them.

For # 2 and 6 - member brabusw209amg (John) is the best source for you lighting needs

for # 4 - I got mine from eBay seller 4A motors out of China, painted roof and trunk spoilers for $180 shipped. Great deal and the fit was way better than I expected. Paint is perfect.

for # 5 - member acuteperformance (Michael) is your best bet there

for # 7 - I went with the BSW speaker pkg (bavariansoundwerks.com) reasonable price and the sound difference is great, I like them

Welcome to the forums and enjoy your time here, happy modding

IT never ends my friend.

Seriously. Part of the fun having the car. Very good idea to have it fully detailed or do it yourself if your able. Mine showed the flaws in the clear coat. I had to have a full paint correctiond done to mine, and I don't wish that on anyone. Good luck!

bro - what was wrong with this thread?

https://5series.net/forums/topic/100...&#entry1195400

you were getting some traction. don't double post the same threads on here. stick with one and keep it sticky. it's the best way to get all your answers...and searching of course. you do know how to search, right?

Hey Rudy - Get your fellow Pittsburgh'er up to speed, will ya?!?! Hahahahaha!
