1) Take a stroll around the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino...by far the best eye candy (specially the pool area) and some cool rock memoralbilia. The center bar has a non advertised daily free alchohol of the day!

2) In the evening, have some cocktails at the Voodoo Lounge (51st floor) at the Rio.

3) More drinks at Sky bar at the Palms...or Playboy Club if you can get in.

4) Clubs: LAX, Pure, Light, Body English, and Drais.

5) Golf: Paiute Country Club.

6) Dinner: Craft Steak House, Aureole, The Steak House @ Circus Circus, Mesa Grill, China Grill, etc (too many to list)

777) Have fun and don't loose your money gambling or at the strip clubs...unless you're the customer and it's your vendors money!

Play poker at the Bellagio. I was there one night for 5 hours and there were celebs there too.
unless you are a highly skilled poker player, i would not touch the Bellagio. "fish" gets eaten up alive there.lol

You have got to check out the older part at the end of the strip, and watch the light show.
Of course you will enjoy the light show alot better trashed off your butt.

For site seeing, there is the view from the Eiffel Tower, the Bellagio fountain, the strip itself, the above mentioned lightshow at Freemont street, tons more, and I did a Hoover Dam tour but that takes an afternoon.

Nice photos Richard!

I just got back yesterday from being out there for 5 days. Even better for me that it was my wife who had a conference. Room was paid for and I just got to take it easy and gamble (which means I stayed buzzed most of the time). Not as good a trip as when I was at SEMA last November, even though that was for work (... like getting to walk around the SEMA show for a couple of days can be considered work! ).

Lots of good suggestions already. Any of the Cirque shows are good. I saw Love this time and really liked it (but then I like Beatles music). Mystere is often available 1/2 price at Tickets4Tonite -- I've seen it twice before and really liked it both times. Blue Man Group is fun for a show as well. I mainly do video poker and like to be at the older, cheaper casinos (either mid-strip or downtown). Odds are much better than at the high end places and you get comp'd drinks as fast as you can drink them. Downside is that the scenery is not at the same level (I agree that Hard Rock is probably the best).

My tip for dinner is the ribs at Dan Marino's inside Hooters. They have a $17 all you can eat deal going from 4-11 pm. The ribs were great and this is coming from a Memphis boy that was raised on good ribs. Plus the Hooters Casino is not a bad place to be either.
