V5 cables inquiry

My Ride: 545i
Model Year: 2004
has anyone tried both V4 and V5 cables( ofcourse other than bruce). I'm planning to get one but i'm chosing between saving money vs the lastest cable. I'm also worried that the stobing effect of the v4 might decrease the life of the led's.

If money is the issue go with the V4 then the latest cables, And to the question about strobing i've notice it occurs if you have LED like Turn signals, Angel eye's...ETC it has a tendacy to strobe during the inital start up on Auto Mode. IF you have just regular bulbs not LED i think bruce's V4 will not give you strobe, I could be wrong but someone can correct me if I am. I'm sure if you dont have an LED or Angel eye's you should be free of strobe. Hope this helps.

The only difference between the V4.1 and the V5.1 is the price and ofcourse the Strobing. I do not think the Strobing causing the LEDs to wear out faster but most people simple cannot stand the Strobing and so choose the V5.1. But the choice and your's and thats the reason I still sell the V4.1.

why are changing your cables? you already have v5? are you getting the light module?
