I sold my beloved 530 a few months back, and sort of regretted doing so just after. But the guy that bought it made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so the search began.
I tested several cars ad nauseam...F10, A6, Infinity, etc. But it didn't take long to realize my best bang for my buck was an '08 E60 550i.
I decided to go LCI, and the subtle changes combined with the upgraded power really make a big difference in feeling like I'm driving a totally different car. It's CPO w/ 27k miles.
Same color as the last, but that's where the comparison begins and ends.
I purchased a set of slightly used DPEs (20x9-20x10.5), CF front splitters, and gloss black grills all from members on the forum. I threw in some GP Thunder AEs, a rear M5 spoiler, and this is how she sits as of now.
I'll get some better pics later, but wanted to take advantage of finally getting some solid sun!

Thanks Gents! I loved driving my 530, but this is a whole new level. I assume it's what drivers feel like upgrading from a 550 to and M5...pure joy!

My Ride: Titanium Silver 2008 550i 6MT. Matte black grille and numbers. Carbon roundels. Eibach springs and sway bars. Bilstein struts. UUC SSK. Smoked LED side markers.
Awesome car! I'm slowly getting mine to look like that. AllI need now are the black wheels.
