That's really super bright, but don't know for what purpose. Just of fun is ok. All we don't want somebody behind while reverse.
Also, when you reverse, you definitely want to let the person behind you know. If they dont see it, they might just run into you.
This also helps for people while trying to park into driveway or dark street.

hey mike, i actually just finish installing the 24 LED panels as reverse. It was a pain in the butt. I spent 30 minutes running around the living room trying to find something to install the panel. Gave up and started to browse e60 and found paper clips! Used 4 paper clips and wrapped it around the panel and then secured it to the taillight assembly. does not move, shake, nothing. Works great. First time took 30 minutes to do. After I know what I was doing, 5 minutes on the other side. the 24 LED panels are definitely brighter. Looks great and cant see the dots.

I didn't user paper clips since it can conduct power and might touch / break something.
I used insulated wire and tied it to the rear rods that stick out near there.

I ripped off the old crappy double side tape and installed new 3M double side tape and wrapped the paper clip over so there's no metal contact. Now I'm a much happier camper but they better last. It's a pain in the butt to install them. Hate taking off the tails.
