so i ordered this lip took 5 days from CA to NJ was packaged very well. looked like it was spray painted black so i just used a light scuff pad and smoothed it down giving it a matte look. test fit was pretty good. I was going to go to a shop and put it on a lift to install with 2 people for an easier expereince but im impateint as shit and did it in my driveway alone.
i went to home depot and got a 5/16 drill bit 6 extra washers a 6 rubber washers. the lip comes with 6 bolts 6 nuts and 6 washers
jacking the car up high enuff to get the drill under there was a cocksore. the lips pretty flexable and it was tuff to keep it still while i drilled the first hole. so i took electrical wire and tied the lip onto the bumper in a few places to keep it still. started on one side then did the other then the middle. fitment is about 9/10 for what it is I like it. took bout 1 hour. should take less on a lift. i drilled out the holes in a slotted type of way to allow it to releive some tension because I did have to force the alignemnt of it on the sides a little bit.

Looking good bro! I love seeing mods to our color e60. Mystic Blau Metallic FTW! You should post a shot of the entire car with the lip installed. Nice work!

Looks great!! Really want the same lip but afraid of it getting ripped off by a parking curve block. Guess if I do I'll back in everytime I park and maybe raise the coils a couple mm. Mmhhmm looks so bad aZZ!
