TV-tuner/settop bow installation

Iceman,
My garage installed my tvtuner and settop box.
problem 1: the settop box dont find any program
problem 2: the settop box keep on turning even when the car is not running
Problem 3: when disconnecting the brown connector my remote control doenst work
Problem 4: when removing the green connector: not possible to see any program on the normal TV tuner (the brown is still connected). I though I had a double tv antenna
Problem 5: I have a tv modulator: The tv tuner doesnt find him.
Problem 6: me: I am starting to take Prozac. A lot of problems for this installation.
So I need HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPP

Wow....hope you get it sorted out....
Incidentally, I thought that the set top box would only work in Germany? I think I asked Iceman about this when I met up with him a couple of months ago - can't remember for certain.

- the DVB-T signal exists in Belgium. For Belgium we need to choose Germany for settings when I use another settop box(not from BMW)
- the other problems are not related to the fact that the settop box is not working or working.
Iceman,
I need your help.
Can you send me if you have these issues regarding Antenna, keep on running (no powe off) and the connectos ?
I think my garage did make a mistake

My dealer did the install and it was done fast and without problems.
The install instructions came with the settop box. So they didn't experienced problems.

Still waiting for the call from my dealer.
As soon as the car is in service he will try to connect a DVD player.
