okay, lets go. my order of the pics is like the order in comic books.

they say:

- please get the installation done by a technician.
- the interface is for 12V only
- it's forbidden in many countries to watch TV while driving
- install it at your own risk
- you have to disconnect the battery before installing it and wait at least 2 minutes before beginning

first pic:

- release the bar carefully, then remove the two screws

second pic:

- pull out the aperture with the actuator for the climatronic and flap it up
- attention: the aperture is fastened on top with two screws in the bottom it's pullable

third pic:

- after pulling out the DVD-Navi computer you can see a big black connector with a swing top (QUADLOCK). pull it out.

fourth pic:

- remove the lower plastic-aperture, it's fastened by pushing it in
- remove the four screws of the DVD-Navi computer an pull it out completely

fifth pic:

- the QUADLOCK connector consists of several connectors
1. pull the white catridge out of the quadlock connector
2. then the black catridge
3. then the fiber-optics
4. then the catridge for the loud speakers

sixth pic:

- now you have dispersed the quadlock connector completely, there are a few of cables left, that you can't remove (power supply and bus-system)
- now take the interface that has the original QUADLOCK connector and connect the insets with the interface
- connect the discharged quadlock with the mating connector of the interface and connect the allocated quadlock again to the DVD-Navi computer

now mount the complete system in observe order

finish.

hope it can help you. i translated the difficult words with a dictionary and i can't give you a 100% guaranty for the right translation of some words.

I have done it on my car, and it worked really good. No problems to DIY. Took me less than 30 min.
Just be careful with the cables, especially the optocable!

Good luck!
