now i also know what a TLF is. but am i right you cannot open the trunk with the key when you have installed it? you depend on the reliability of the electronic, right?
and now another two questions:
what does it cost?
is it an easy DIY to install it?

The cost here in the US was ~$160 primed. Very easy DIY. All that is required is double sided tape that is provided with the part. It's also held in place by the screws of your license plate.

No.
The keyhole in the trunklid is not a trunk release. It is a trunk lock. It is to prevent a valet from opening the trunk.
So if you install the finisher, you will not be able to lock the trunklid.
However, since our cars do not come with real valet keys, this is a useless feature. So there is nothing lost with the finisher.

just one short question:
buying the TLF depends on a "no" to my question:
is the area around the plate cleaned by the car wash easily or do you have to clean it by hand?
