I know theres been a few threads on this topic but none have given any resolution. At the very least, we know that the current trunk finisher we all know and love doesnt fit the LCI cars. Has anyone heard anything more on this topic? Have they made an updated one for the LCI model? I'd love to get one but it seems as if I am S.O.L. What say you?

Thx in advance

What are the LCI M5's using? I would think that would be the answer, no?

I tried the dealer route briefly today while at work. I found myself trying to explain what I was looking for and apparently, the guy on the phone was either new or just retarded. i had to hang up as my phone was blowing up with incoming calls. I'll try again tomorrow.

Call Garry. He knows exactly what the part is, since so many people have ordered it from him for the Pre-LCI's (myself being included .

At this point it does NOT exist ! I've been through the whole exercise............. conclusion is they are using the pre LCI trunk lid and Finisher for the M's and they are using a new trunk lid for the LCI's ................... and BTW I have one for sale !!! a Trunk Finisher that is !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, there you go Kerry. Thanks Garry!

I guess you could just buy a whole new trunk lid from a Pre-LCI, if you really want the finisher. I'm sure the Trunk Lids themselves are interchangable.

when will we see some serious body parts for our LCI cars? I'd like a front lip for my 535i for example.

Hey bobster, actually theres an OEM front spoiler for your car in the accessories catalogue. It also happens to be carbon fiber. You can get it at your dealer or from Garry. Look it up on bmwusa accessories. Theres a pic of it there if Im not mistaken
