My Ride: 520d M-Sport
Model Year: 2013
The sales guy at our local dealership mentioned that fitting the inserts is fairly straightforward. It's removing the old trim that's a real PITA   Can't help any further than that I'm afraid

There are aftermarket trim packages available, so yes, it's possible. Don't know if you're doing it yourself, but try a search on here. I remember reading that the door handles were a bit of a pain.

I searched a bit online for the instructions to see if it would be something i could do myself
But i came to the conclusion that the dash and center console trim are fairly easy to replace but when it comes to the door trim it gets a bit tricky. You would have to disconnect the battery ( so that your airbag light doesn't come on ) remove the door panel, disconnect the airbag and then replace the old trim with your new trim.
Since there would be some time involved to do this I ended up going to the dealer to have it installed.

I went on a trip to Germany for work and purchased it at a BMW dealership total cost for the complete set was 400.00 Euros ( about $480.00 USD )
Looks awesome!

if you bidding on the kit on ebay realise its not a pronav /or business set .the following answer abot door trims is the hard bit and centre trim dash no problem.dont forget the sterring lock if you disengage battery on active steering.
