i have never used e-bay before so i dont really know or understand the service but when shoping online i am very cautious....
this seems like an icredible good buy..
i checked the feedback from other users and to be honest those look like there made up...exactly 10 feed back, all of them dont have feedback themselves....
and ALL of them are registered on the 18th and 19th of january....
and ALL of them gave there feedback to the seller on jun 3 bettween 7:30 and 8:30....
not to spoil the fun...but i would really be extra carefull with this one....
once again i dont really know how ebay works...so I MAY WRONG...

2. Even if those are the only items needed and you were able to install it yourself I am sure that the dealer would still need to re-code and activate it, and I am not sure that the dealer would even know how to do that.

i also read on news.com, about 3-4 months ago, that a guy from NJ stole few of them fre navs from an bmw part dept. Hey..it does not come from my mouth, i read that on news.com. Blame them for calling any one a thief.
