What agency? Also...what was the disposition on the tint?
54% on the sides is a little too light for those bright sunny drives to Vegas, but it does its job and maintains vision for parallel parking at night with the windows rolled up. It's a classy look, but most will say it's too light.

I had 35% on my E39 530 and my 2007 530. Both were jet black on black. My new car is black interior with the alcantara headliner (black) and with the shades. it's perfect.
Here's my theory. too dark means nobody can see in. isn't the joy of driving such a beauty for others to see in, especially the stud that's actually driving it...even if he is married. hahahaha!
