I ordered a wheel stripe tape from a motorbike webshop. When it arrived I washed the wheels with a dish washing detergent and then wiped the edges with a microfiber cloth dampened with acetone. Then I just put the stripes on. They are specially meant to put on wheels (bikes).
A couple of questions .... 1. You could change them easily if the mood changes and 2. how do you think they will hold up to repeated washings?

At least they stuck very hard as early as today when I checked them. And I drove in the slight rain.

Looks good. I cant wait to see them in silver though. I think that would make it look great. I personally like them all black best but you can always change back if you get bored. Nice job.

do they reflect alot of light at night?...my brother has done this on his bike...and they reflect light...
