Got the wheel stripe from stickercity.com Friday. Finally the weather was nice today. I went to my friend's new house in NJ and while we were there, we installed the wheel stripe. Not sure how I feel about them. I think I like the all black look better than the "Time Attack" look. Maybe I'm just used to the all black. Maybe it'll grow on me. The red doesn't match that well with the inner lip.

Here are the pics.

I think you have enough red color with the inner lip painted.

I say all black was better... unless of course you paint your calipers red, then I'd keep the Time Attacks!

Edit: On second thought, I'd get rid of the TA's, it is overkill...

Agreed. IMO, I liked the red inner barrel by itself. The time-attack puts it way over the top, almost too much.

Is that tape difficult to apply properly? I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to get it aligned that well.

It was easy. I thought it wouldn't align that well either.

D/K - Lose the red tape. Your car looks MUCH better with just the barrels painted red.

I should've made this thread a poll. I don't know which looks better. Maybe I should live one side with the red stripe and the other side without. I guess I can leave them on for the rest of the season and if I don't like them, I'll take them off.
