I think keeping it black is best because otherwise you're taking attention away from the look of your car and seeing a big red circle instead.

Voted none..your ride looks nice already as is. If you do time attack them, red would be my choice..GL

The silver ring seems to make the wheel look larger. Both colors look nice, and this time last year I would have said go with red. Starting this spring I began changing things to black on a silver car. I would give the silver/gray a go.

+1 keep it clean, Antti! Paint your brake calipers RED for a little contrast. I believe Flat Eric would love that too

You should go to the vinyl sticker kiosk in the mall and have the time attack hoop made in grey and red colors to see what you like the best! I did it last year and did red, white and yellow and ended up sticking with the yellow, took them off bc they were drawing way to much attention. But its an easy cheap mod and you can always change it up for a different look!!

Wow! Lots of replies and opinions with arguments! Nice.
I made a 500km road trip to another town last night so I was pretty much out of the forums. BTW, damn it was a pleasure again to drive the e60!

I'm still open to different suggestions (considering car modding you dirty minds!) so let them flow .
