Thigh support stopped working

Some time ago my thigh support stopped working on the passenger side. If you hit the switch, you can hear the motor but the support cushion isn't moving

Anybody else have this issue and fix it?

Thanks in advance. I tried searching but to no avail..

My Ride: '06 550i '84 Nissan S12 Turbo

My 550 had this happen, but on the driver side. Took to dealer and they replaced the motor for the thigh support
