No those tires sizes are perfect.......for an M5, for a non-M they will rub in the front, 245/35/19 would be the optimal size for non-M front tires.

The fronts will rub and give you trouble. The rears will fit with the right wheel offset--
Just switch the fronts to 245/35 and youll be set. However your rear will have larger diameter.
The best match is NOT 245 and 275 rather it is 245 and 285 for front to rear-that is closer match than the 275s in the rear and same as the m5

Nope the 285/30/19 with 25 offset would be perfect-there are tire/offset calculators out there that you can check by inputting the stock sizes and comparing your sizes and make sure they are not too far in or out compared to the stock size-I have 22 offset with 285 on 9.5 inch wheels-
However if your offset is 25 it will stick in a tiny bit further than mine-which already is not flush--I dont want my jutted out, they are perfectly in line with the inside of the fender flare and with the camber the top of the tire basically points exactly to the edge of the fender. Some peple liek their wheels/tires jutted way out absolutely flush with the OUTSIDE of the fender-not the inside. IN that case you would need 10mm spacers

Not the same! M5 fitment is 255/40R19 front and 285/35R19 rear.As regards to the OEM E60 staggered fitment of 245/35R19 front and 275/30R19 rear, why do some people think that the front is the "reference size" rather than the rear? The OEM brand is usually Continental, and they do not do a 285/30R19.
