Regarding Procede, that's why I really want to get 335i convertible as my third car. It'd be 360hp and it'd just rocking!

I haven't read up on e90post in awhile, but has anyone had any engine problems related to the procede or any of it's competitors?
I know of someone with a 335 w/ procede who "blew" his engine. He had all of 3K miles on the car, but BMW didn't warranty it. He was given a somewhat decent deal however as I believe he payed for parts himself, but then got something like free labor. He then got rid of the car and got another 335i. Despite his problems, I believe he's going to go with procede again. BTW, nothing has been posted about this as he's not on the forums.
