Shiv from Vishnu Tuning is looking for a 535i to use as a test mule for the PROcede software. The only requirement is that the volunteer live in the SF Bay Area. Here is the link over at e90post.

Is he on this board to reply to questions? I guess they can contact him directly. Wondering if it means you get the software for free and how long do they keep your car? My friend's sister just picked up a 535 but I doubt she'd do this. I'll try to "urge" her. haha

Well, I did post a reply in the e90post thread with a link to this thread. Who knows maybe Shiv will set up an account here. I just remembered that the guy next to the Vishnu girl inside the pavilion was probably Shiv. I said to him something to the effect "Yeah, the PROcede 335i is fast and certainly beat both the 545i and 550i but you would've gone down against the M5."

A little background: On the way to Bimmerfest, EuroCarFan (M5), Torquey5 (550i) and I (545i) did a mini-caravan. We missed the huge 100+ Bay Area caravan b/c I insisted on waiting for my M5 mirrors. They came all right but with the wrong glasses.

Anyway, on the way there we encountered a blue 335i with Vishnu Tuning plastered on his rear window. I thought for a moment Torquey5 or ECF would run him but no dice. Thumbs up to the guy and drove past him.

I just remember seeing a tall Caucasian guy and an Asian guy standing with that BEAUTIFUL girl and I asked the tall guy if he was the one driving the car when we had passed them on the way to Bimmefest and he said no. Shiv sounds like an Indian name and I didn't see anyone there that would fit that profile.
