Tail Light Issue help - Pre-LCI with LCI Tails, LM2, BruceMiranda
Hello,
I have a pre-LCI car with LCI tails, BruceMiranda v5 (or v5.1 purchased 2010), and LM2 (installed 2012).
Anyway, I had the LM2 installed 4 years ago and coded so that I can have daytime running lights as well as welcome lights on the AE lights. Everything was working fine. However, lately, I have been getting the rectangular lights on the tails light up in Daytime Running lights mode.
However, It looks fine with the lights on:
No coding has been done to the car.
Come to think of it, I had the battery replaced a couple of months ago and had it registered. Could they have messed up the coding in the process?

In your LM2, check this value:
DRL_TFL_RL_BL_1_33
if it is set to aktiv, change it to nicht_activ
Its for DRL with outer tail light, which appears to be active in your case.

Thanks! I'll see if I can figure out NCExpert to check it out.
Do you know how it could change? That light was never on during DRL before. Do you think it was somehow inadvertantly changed during a battery registration?
