Been there, done that. Not enough 5 series reviews to sway me. I'd like to poll this forum.

I actually bought a set for my car when i got rid of my run flats about 3 months ago. I like the tires and they feel great, they also grip pretty good and the only issue iv had was when i hit a huge pot hole in my beloved city of Chicago. The tire that hit the hole popped a bulge on the side wall which is common when u go over a big hole like i did. Anyway, i originally paid i think 135.00 for each tire and when i called to get that one tire replaced, the lady was so nice to me after hearing my situation that she sold me the tire for 80.00. I was like "hell yeah"! So if your going to get them, i recommend them from Tire Rack.

I'm looking to pick up sets of these also very soon.

If you look at tire racks test it was number one. Beat out Bridgestone RE050, Conti. Sport Contact 3, and the Yoko Advan.. That alone has just about sold me on them. User reviews are also very favorable. Hard to believe at that price point they out did those tires. But then again tires are like many products and have a high mark up on there msrp. Heck my winter tires I bought use to sell like $220 a piece the year before and I got them for like 115 a piece.

Plus a good 300 treadwear. So many of your max summer sport tires are 180 or low 200 area. Some of them your lucky if you can get 20K in miles. HTR Z's I'd think your worse case on a properly alinged car would be 25K if your not tracking the car. I'm expecting more in the 30K to 35K area after doing some research.
