that looks pretty nice, I was looking at an almost similar one but the positive battery cable under the front hood seems to be in the way. I was advised that positive battery cable can be relocated.
Kyle - if you do pick this up, do let us know how it goes, and take pictures.

 

Looks nice. I ended up going with the Cusco since the clearance is better and nothing needs relocating.

 

Which Cusco strut brace did you go with? I took a look and i didn't see anything thatll fit e60's

 

I got it from Modbargains and I t is designed for the E60's with the I6 motor. Not sure about the fitment with any of the V8's. Which E60 do you have?

 

yep will do, I sent a message to them asking for clarification on whether or not the Mechunik brace will a) let me keep my OEM brace in place and b) require relocation of the positive battery terminal. I don't see how the one they have pictured would work with the OEM brace in place; if it won't then it's out for me.

that would be one of the last mods i would do after... everything
