He all,
Been reading most the posts here saying great things about the sprintbooster and have some questions :
I have a 535d in UK and would like to know if there are any other 535d owners with it fitted and the difference?
If good, where's the best place in the uk to buy one ?
Thanks

I always thought that's only for petrol engines. Maybe I'm wrong.

It works with the accelerator, so it will work with gasoline or diesel engine cars!! ![Cool](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/cool.gif)

I have the Smile Booster on my 2008 525dA and I can confirm it works great with the diesel -- see...
As for purchasing it, just order it from Andy Wong -- there is currently another group-buy running at the moment, see here -- with the Dollar rate at the moment, you won't get it any cheaper. (I paid in Dollars what dealers here in Germany quote in Euros!!) The customer service, payment/invoicing and delivery were spot on.

Russ1974 had one on his 535d. He also had the DMS remap done first. I think I remember him saying the SB didn't make a huge noticeable difference to his car but that might have been because of the gains he'd experienced with the remap anyway.
I believe he's currently taking a little break from the forums. Might be worth messaging him anyway and he might get a notification via email that he has a message.

Tomorrow I'll be driving round the M25 just next to the Sprint Booster UK importer and I'm waiting for them to call me back to see if they have one in stock for my car and will fit it if I drop into their place. If it all comes together, I'll post the results here sometime over the weekend.

Well, they didn't call me back at all, so I won't be giving them any of my hard earned. I'll just buy one from the US and install it myself. Britain's service economy. Huh.
