I just installed my Adjustable Sprint Booster and all I can say is "WOW"! A huge difference, and this is how the car should have come from the factory. The ability to change the aggressivness of the throttle response is great. I would highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't done it yet.

+1

OEM throttle setting is designed for smoothness not instant response. That, to me, does not fit the mission of the 5 Series, esecially the more performance-oriented models. Want smoothness? Get a Lexus.

Oh and by the way. That is one sharp looking 09 550I Sport.

Where did you get the adjustable sb from? Have you noticed any change in your gas mileage?

Thanks for the compliments guys. I bought the SprintBooster from Bavarian Autosports (http://www.bavauto.com/) for $299.95. I can't comment on gas mileage yet as I haven't gone through a full tank yet, installed it yesterday. Also, if it does yield a worse gas mileage, I don't care b/c the results are excellent.

Eventually you'll adapt to the change.

Does it change the shifting points too? My 550 has some weird shifting patterns as it shifts too early in D and holds gear way too long in DS mode. I was wondering if SB changes that. Thanks for responses in advance.
