My vote is take it off.

I like the M5 trunk spoiler, but not the mtech because of the empty space under it.

It looks good. I actually prefer the M5 Rear spoiler for a more subtle look, and the Vorsteiner for a more aggressive look!

...maybe not the best angle but ur wheels look tiny (no im not comparing them to mine)

just the amount of space in the rear looks big

Like you were told in another thread; the lip makes the wheel look smaller.

i was really commenting on the space between the wheel well and the tire

Looks pretty slammed to me, I don't see much gap. Nice looking ride, I say get the M spoiler.
