Hi all

Just had the service light on my car (545) to change the sparkplugs

Rang through a couple of dealers ranging from ?150 to ?300 to get them changed.

Does any one know if its easy to DIY or best to get dealers to do it?

Cheers

I've heard its pretty easy to swap except for the back one on each side. Which I guess is a real pain to get at.

I'm sure someone will chime in who has done it.

Thanks, got the best price to ?240 (got misquoted on the ?140)
So i now ring kwik fit (local uk type garage), who can do the oil and spark plugs as a complete service for ?170..

If they do the work will the CBS lights go out? or does that need to be done by the dealer?

They are actually quite easy with proper tools. It took me about an hour for both sides.
