have an 04 545i and its time to change the plug. Been doing a search on here for while and still can not find a thread on which one is best for our e60's? NGK, Bosch, Denso, or Pulstar? Thanks in advance for your input.

Pulstar is silly and ridiculously expensive. Just replace your plugs with exactly the same plugs that you take out. Bosch! BMW spends a lot of money on engineering and you should take advantage of it by following their recommendation.

Weird, my OEM spark plugs were NGK's. so I went with NGK's. They are GREAT!

I used to have: OEM (NGK) then Pulstar (gains not noticeable but gas mileage yes a bit) then Bosch IrFusion (very nice torque than oem) now I am going to test Brisk Racing (https://5series.net/forums/index.php...6&#entry998826)

Thanks fellaz for the input. Will stick with oem plugs. Car is so sensitive, didnt feel comfortable with anything different. How do I find out if mine uses Bosch or NGK? I have an 04' 545i, thanks.

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
If the original plugs were burning correctly then stick with them. If your driving dictates a hotter or colder plugs, then thats the only time I would change.
