spacers, at what thickness are longer bolts required?

just wondering how thick of a spacer one could use with the original wheel bolts?

i think after 8mm and up you need longer ones..

Usually with 5mm spacers, the stock bolts are still applicable. then with 10s and higher, longer bolts are needed.

with 10mm spacers and above you will need extended bolts
