Does the wheels needs to be re-align?

I dont think you need to realign them, or do you mean BALANCE?

If you had normal tire tread wear and no pulling while driving on a level road you probably don't need a wheel alignment.

No. Change out the suspension and yes. Spacers - No.

It is good to realign twice a year, i always do it when changing to winter or summer tires, you never know what pothole etc. have done something in the last half year. But with changing the wheels (changing ET etc.) you dont need to align.
