As I was looking at the website you posted (Awful looking cars) I received a call that my spacers were finally in. I just got back from them being installed. You can truly tell a difference. (For the better)

Physically the car should look better. Performance in cornering is decreased a little bit (hardly noticeable). By adding the spacer, you are like increasing the arm of the lever thus more force is applied to the suspension when cornering or loading more weight in the car. It also causes the inner contact area of the tires to wear earlier because of the positive camber you have introduced.

Whoever wants to do it, go ahead.
I like looking at modded cars, but there are a lot of things I wouldn't do with mine.
A perfect example are chrome wheels. I like to look at them, but I don't want to have them on my car.
So just go ahead and do it. As long as you like it and/or feel better it is worth the effort.
