Spacer install help?

My Ride: 04 525i, 04 Dinan M3
So I finally got some spacers for my rear wheels. They are H&R Track+.
Anyone have these spacers? How the heck are they supposed to go on? The bolts don't look like they fit thru the hole

If you are serious then line the holes up with the bolt pattern holes. You will need to press the spacers on the hub so they are flush and secure. Then, mount the wheel on the hub of the spacer and secure the lugnuts through the wheels.
You dont secure the spacer to the hub using the lugnuts, then mount the wheels to the spacer, using another set of nuts FYI...

Thanks, I guess what threw me of is I was expecting to secure the spacer to the hub with bolts, and then the wheel. Thanks
