No. You don't always have to put spacers to use bigger rims.

Nope it's still stock, I wanted to lower the car but after i put the wheels on i decided to leave it as is since i liked the way it looked.

Nice ride its very clean... As far as the wheels and tires, where did you get them from? How much were they? I also read on some other posts that people say OEM 166 Rims have some noise in them when they rid or are some way defective. Have you had any problems out of them?

The spacer gives the rear wheel on the 19" set up a bigger look.
If the wheel is inset, it looks tiny in the wheel well with the narrow tires.
Most people say 12mm is good. I plan to try it. 15mm is probably fine as well.
