Actually, I found a few places, but they all want around $25 for a set too. This what Bimmian charges. Plus, the places I found are all in the UK.

Yes bimmian.com is $25/set so to cover the whole car you'll need 3 set which $75 for 6 bulbs, in my case I got 2 set of Pilot XC bulbs (side + front) for less than $3.50/each which make $14 and you'er right unfortunately Philips SilverVision bulb I can only found in the UK which I got for less than $23.50/pair on currency rate a little more than a month ago. Their turn around time for their shipment are the same about a week so not bad for less than $38 for all
