I don't think it would be. Just a few bolts I believe. This storm just snuck up on all of us over here. It's literally the worst driving conditions ever. If you stand outside you can hear wood cracking/creaking...the snow is so heavy massive branches just keep falling.

Wow, we rarely get snow storms like that here in the Pacific NW. Be safe out there.

Wow! I am not ready for that! OP, I see in your sig that you just sold a Magnaflow muffler. Why did you sell? Were you unhappy with it? Just curious, as I am considering this mod.

I sold it because apparently on an n54 engine it will actually lose power. I sold it to a member a few years back actually but people kept PMing about it so I put the sold text in my sig. lol always so much interest in it.
