smoking/tinting LCI tail lights

i really want to tint my tails also.... i am torn between getting the white part tinted or not..

Check to see if its legal first.

Do you live in Savannah or in one of the nearby counties? Cops around there are pretty keen on nice cars and will pull you over in a heartbeat if they can give you a ticket. Liberty county is the worst. Chatham county isn't much better.

They were purchased from a member on here who tinted them, it looks like a spray tint

idk if this is reliable but on yahoo answers people said its illegal everywhere.... whatever i probably wont do it

it is legal anywhere really as long as its not dark enough to block the lights. it is a pearlescent paint that its done with it, ie translucent paint. but you might still get messed with a bit by the cops, some fix it tickets :-)

Smoke them. In the daytime you get the smoked look and at night, you'll still be able to see the lights.
