Found this site GMGRacing.com, the owner (James Sofronas) races in the Speed World Challenge GT & Touring class on speed channel. Anyways they offer a smoked tail light service for all cars. Simply remove your taillights and send them in (usually a 5 day turn around) or they can get you a new set of rear tail-lights and ship them to you smoked. Even better if you live in So. Cali. you can just visit their shop. Best thing is its only $175, I might give them a shot.

im minutes away from them, they said they dont do it anymore!

I had all my windows tinted 30% LLUMAR ATR tint for $170 
Take it to a local tint shop, they will do it in mins for < $30-40

I am not talking about tint film. The service is for spray tint, it looks like glass when its done. perfect. I think they ad candy paint concentrate (black) to a clear and spray them, then spray a few coats of gloss for that glassy shine.
