Probably not... since the new one is electronic and the old Pre-LCI uses a manual mechanism to select P R N and D... actually for the right amount of $$$ anything is possible.

As EBM says. This can't be retro fitted on pre LCI. However, retro fit on a LCI is very easy. A few people including me have done this.

I cannot tell if you have an LCI E60, but if you have, this is the DIY you'll need:
