Because the innner ring is. It was glued on originaly and is now coming off. I'm planning on fixing them for getting new lights eventually

Haha, actually the larger one looks like it's out of place as well.

Sorry to hear what happened Phil, but as you said, it'll give you an opportunity to change. Good thing it was just the bumper and didn't fly higher.
