My Ride: 2004 BMW 530I steptronic, Orient Blue, Dakota Black Leather, Finishers Aluminium with Wave Cutting interior, NAVIgation, Radio PROFESSIONAL, CD in-dash, Hi-Fi extended sound system, PDC system, Bi-Xenons lights with washers, cruise-control, heated seats, Extended AC, auto"shade" mirrors, auto lights sensors, rain/wiper sensor, M-tech leather multifunction steering wheel, side airbags rearseats, sliding armrest, smoker's package (I don't smoke!), velour floor mats, spare wheel and jack, 122 style rims winter setup, M135 style rims summer setup [color=red]Mods:[/color] [color=blue]M tech sport steering wheel with M5 SMG paddles working retrofit done ! Trunk lid opening button retrofit done.[/color] [color=blue]3M window 35% tint done Chrome grilles E60.net Clings [/color]

My car does not have the ski-bag or the folding rear seats.
I was thinking about retrofiting the ski-bag. As far as I looked the car it should be quiet easy retrofit.
It seems like the plastic under the rear seat armrest has to eb exchanged with the ski-bag plastic with the little door for skis. There are just two screws holding the plastic.

Also the back plastic of the rear seat backrest from inside the trunk has the be exchanged with one with the hole in it. If not a hole can be made with a saw and piece of carpet with velcor should help. It is in the back of the trunk so hardly visible.

So it is all about the part that goes under the rear armrest.

Does anybody have some info about this?

Also the part number for the plastic witht the "little door for the skis and the bag" would be nice.

I got that too but which numbers do I exactly order from my dealer?
I guess one of each in my color (black) No.1 black + No.2 black No.3 black + No.4 black

yep, but YOUR DEALER shall do it when you say hey, I want this get retrofitted and it has to match the colour of my car. You are their client they have to know these and to serve you , not you them

yeah right maybe in Belgium. Not in here. Customers needs and questions is too much work for them

And also I would not let dealer touch my car !!!!

I still did not do this but I was wondering if anybody has some news about this?

Tomorrow I will try to look what is underneath the hard plastic under the rear armrest. In case that it is just a plastic deck that is between the rear seats and the trunk I might just cut a hole there. So I hope there is no steel behind the rear armrest. Anybody?
