I would not recommend film for the red portion of the light. Because of the "bump", you are going to find it extremely difficult to place a film on that region. I used film for my clear part, but would strongly recommend spray for the red portion. Just my 2 cents...

Yeah I got tint initially, but with the bump it was not going to look good. I actually still have the tint somewhere unused. I went with spray.

i sprayed mine as well. if you want to try and tint it first and dont care about wasting a few bucks if it looks like shit then do it. If the tint film doesnt work out then plan on tint spray. Either way good luck.
